Draeft Events is designed to work with local files — your floor plans are saved directly to your own device, not uploaded to our servers. We have no visibility into the plans you create or export: we cannot see your layouts, exported images, or PDFs, and we do not store copies of them. We collect only what's needed to run the site and, for Pro subscribers, to process payment: your email address, and billing details handled by our payment processor. We do not sell your data.
Subscription payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Draeft LLC does not store your full card details.
We may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand site traffic. No cross-site ad tracking.
You can request a copy of the account data we hold, or ask us to delete your account and associated billing records, at any time via our contact page.
Draeft Events is provided "as is" for drafting event floor plans. The free tier is available for personal and commercial use, with low-resolution, watermarked exports. You're responsible for verifying dimensions and layouts against real-world site conditions, permits, and applicable fire and building codes before an event.
The Pro plan is billed monthly and includes 3 no-watermark licenses. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Prices may change with advance notice.
Plans you create are yours. Since files save locally, you're responsible for backing them up — Draeft LLC is not liable for lost local files.
Draeft Events is a planning tool, not a substitute for professional structural, safety, or code review. Draeft LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of plans created with the app.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of Draeft Events after changes means you accept the updated terms.
